Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Since EmergingThread runs on a prepaid-only model, your order goes into production/dispatch queue only after payment is successfully received via Razorpay.

Shipping Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2/3 cities and rest of India: 5–8 business days
• Remote/rural pin codes: up to 10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can track your order status anytime using this link or by logging into your EmergingThread account.

Serviceability
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time 

Delays
While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier logistics, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll keep you informed via email if your order is delayed beyond the estimated window.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@emergingthread.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos (for damage claims), and we'll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
